At Vista, I led design as a core business function. Making sure the user experience was closely tethered to the business OKRs. I fostered rapid experimentation and data-driven decision-making proving design-driven strategy is a key market differentiator.

At Epicor, we designed with a focus on operational and architectural scalability. By building a scalable design system we ensured design was a catalyst for rapid execution. I aligned with key SMEs to translate complex technical requirements into intuitive features.
